Private: Shawn Whalen

Shawn Whalen’s first choice of media is oil on canvas, although he also enjoys watercolour on paper. Whalen’s subject matter is in the reflection of one’s life in the local environment, with special concern and observation of our disappearing rural architecture. He is continuing to explore and record the importance of what is being lost, both history and the memories of lives past.
