These workshops are exciting, informative and challenging for both beginners and experienced painters alike. Acrylic techniques through demonstration and individual instruction and class discussions help to release your personal response to paint in an intuitive manner. Colour mixing, composition and line are some of the topics addressed in these lively and inspiring workshops.

Rowena Dykins studied fine art at the School of Art & Design at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts and Concordia University, Montreal. Her works are in the collections of the Robert McLaughlin Gallery, Station Gallery, Whitby and the Art Gallery of Peterborough. Dykins has participated in over thirty group and solo shows and has been involved in teaching both adults and children for many years. This year marks her first appearance on the Kawartha Autumn Studio Tour.

Take one class or both. Small class size allows for individual instruction. Please bring two canvases about 16″ x 20″. All other supplies provided.
