Proof of Vaccination

Beginning December 1, 2021, the Art Gallery of Peterborough will require proof of vaccination from all visitors. The Province of Ontario has allowed certain settings, including galleries, to lift capacity limits if they require proof of vaccination for all visitors.

For businesses and organizations that are subject to the Province’s direction on proof of vaccination, including the Art Gallery of Peterborough, patrons must:

  • show their vaccine certificate/receipt that indicates where the receipt was issued (Ontario, Indigenous health provider or from another jurisdiction are acceptable), that the individual is fully vaccinated, and that the date of administration of the final shot was at least 14 days ago
  • show acceptable identification that includes their name and date of birth (acceptable documents to confirm identity include: birth certificate, citizenship card, driver’s license, government issued ID card, health card, Indian status card/Indigenous membership card, passport and permanent resident card. Expired Ontario issued identification will be accepted).

Details on the Province’s proof of vaccination requirements can be found at  ontario.ca/covid19
