Participants will learn traditional two-needle beading techniques, beading on fine wool. At the end of the workshop they will have their own cardholder. All materials for this project are supplied; at the end of the course a small beginner beading kit will be available to participants for an affordable fee.

Matthew Vukson is a Dene artist from Tlicho Nation, Northwest Territories and Brantford Ontario. He teaches beading workshops in his community, and also works with school boards, galleries, museums, studios. Matthew is working to complete a major exhibit of his own beadwork.
