December Newsletter

December 5, 2024

The season for celebration and giving has finally arrived! We wish you and your family good health and cheer this season and all the best in the coming year.

Check out what’s happening at the gallery this month in our final e-newsletter of 2024:

Message from the Director

We at the AGP want to extend our warmest wishes for the upcoming holiday season and thank you for your ongoing support of the arts in our community. As we near the end of our 50th anniversary, we are thankful for all we have to celebrate.

Over the course of 2024, we presented a series of wonderful exhibitions including the group show, Watershed, our third annual Youth Art Mentorship exhibition, Antoine Mountain’s Et’sehch’i, Stan Olthuis’ Interconnected, which featured site-specific live performance, and the freshly opened Arnold Zageris | Refractions.

From the success of our It’s All About ART fundraising auction (which exceeded our goal!), and the 40th annual Kawartha Autumn Studio Tour (which hosted visitors in record breaking numbers), to the launch of our new website and Adult Art Camps, the AGP continues to invest in the future and connect with our community.

Your support and engagement have made it possible for us to continue to respond to our evolving community. Together, we’ve built something truly special. Thank you for being part of our journey. Here’s to the next 50 years of creativity, connection, and inspiration!

Sincerely,
Celeste Scopelites, Director
