Summer Art Camp

Join us for a summer filled with fun and creativity!
During the months of July and August we offer weekly camps that explore a wide variety of media and techniques, from painting and drawing to sculpture and stop-motion animation, and everything in between.

Education Programs

NEW: Art Start!
Suitable for ages 4-6
Saturday, April 26: Sensory Art
Engage the senses with textured art! Children will use materials like sand, fabric, and paint to create tactile artwork, encouraging exploration and creativity.

Saturday Art Club
Suitable for ages 7-11
Saturday, April 19: Optical Illusion Art
Create fascinating artworks that play tricks on the eye, developing drawing techniques and spatial awareness.

Portfolio Development for Teens
Ages 11 – 14
Thursdays, April 24 – May 15
This new four-week course will help participants develop skills and techniques that boost their artistic skill and creativity. It is designed for students aged 11 to 14 who are looking to develop a portfolio of work for a secondary school art program, such as the T.A.S.S. Integrated Arts Program.
Learn directly from practicing artists in our community to create a standout portfolio!

Adult Art Camp
Suitable for ages 7-11
Thursday, April 17: Mixed Media, Collage, and Paint
Experiment with the expressive movement and colours used by influential pop artists like Andy Warhol, Yayoi Kusama, Barbara Kruger, Keith Haring and more!
Employment Opportunities
We are hiring a Curatorial and Public Programs Assistant and an Education Assistant to work with us this summer through the Young Canada Works (YCW) program.
