Participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a lottery ticket and claim a prize;
Participants must be residing in the province of Ontario to be eligible to participate;
Tickets cost $10 each, or 3 for $25;
Only 600 tickets available for purchase;
Tickets may be purchased by cash or e-transfer, in-person at the Art Gallery of Peterborough;
Ticket sales will commence at 12:00 pm (noon) on Thursday, May 15, 2025, and cease at 3:30 pm on Thursday, July 31, 2025;
The draw will take place on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 4:00 pm;
The draw will be held at the Art Gallery of Peterborough, 250 Crescent Street, Peterborough, ON, K9J 5G4;
The prizes will be drawn in the following order: 1st Prize, 2nd Prize, 3rd Prize;
Participants are not required to be present at the draw to be eligible to win their prize;
Draw winners will be notified by telephone;
The draw winners will be advertised on the AGP Facebook page, Instagram page, e-newsletter, and the AGP website at agp.on.ca/connect/raffle
If someone’s address is not an Ontario address, they will be called personally for confirmation that they reside in Ontario. If they do not reside in Ontario their purchase will be refunded and they will not be assigned ticket number(s).
If the winner resides outside of the City of Peterborough and cannot pick up their prize at the gallery shipping arrangements can be made. Additional shipping fees will apply. If they reside in the City of Peterborough, the winner is expected to pick up the prize at the Art Gallery of Peterborough at their earliest convenience.
Any prizes which are not claimed within one year after the draw date (as per AGCO Lottery Licence Policy Manual) shall be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.
