Bookmaking

Thursday, April 23, 2026

6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Suitable for ages 18+

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn simple binding methods, explore creative page sequencing, and play with materials to make a handcrafted book. This session is perfect for artists, writers, makers, and anyone who loves beautiful paper objects.

Abstract Watercolours

6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Suitable for ages 18+

With an approach centered on the act of mindfulness, we’ll explore the fluid movement, soft brushstrokes, and brilliant palettes that can be achieved with watercolour.

Monoprinting

Suitable for ages 18+

Discover the beauty of one-of-a-kind prints. Participants will learn basic monoprinting techniques to create vibrant and layered printed images.

Eco-Printing March 12, 2026
Take inspiration from the budding spring season and experiment with different printmaking techniques and materials to create one-of-kind monoprints using natural objects and pigments.

Slow Stitching and Textile Collage February 19, 2026
Explore hand-stitching and fabric layering to build soft, textural art pieces. No sewing experience is required, but curiosity and an eagerness to learn are a must.

Expressive Portraiture January 15, 2026
Explore expressive portrait painting using bold colour and intentional brushwork. Learn proportions, tone, and layering for a modern take on portraiture.
