Explore your creative side!

Does your child have an interest in art? Are they looking to explore new materials and techniques? Then join us each month for this exploration-based studio program.

Gallery instructors will lead activities designed to support and develop your child’s artistic interests and talents, while taking inspiration from our current exhibitions.

When programs are available a registration button will appear.

November:
Tapestries

Saturday, November 23, 2024

1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Suitable for ages 7-11

Participants will explore weaving techniques to create colorful tapestries. This hands-on program fosters creativity while introducing students to fiber arts and texture.

Printmaking Cards

Saturday, December 21, 2024

Suitable for ages 7-11

Learn basic printmaking techniques to design unique greeting cards. Experiment with stamps and textures, enhancing your artistic skills and personal expression.

Clay Sculptures

Suitable for ages 7-11

Get hands-on with clay to create imaginative sculptures. This program teaches basic sculpting techniques while encouraging personal expression and three-dimensional thinking.

June:
Landscape Paintings

Saturday, June 21, 2025

1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Suitable for ages 7-11

Discover landscape painting techniques using watercolour and acrylic paint. Learn to capture nature’s beauty on canvas, exploring colour, perspective, and brushwork in a fun environment.
