Online Registration Tips:

Here are some helpful tips when using the City of Peterborough’s online Registration system:

  • For the best registration experience, please use Chrome or Firefox. Using other browsers may produce unexpected results.
  • When registering for more than one program, you will have an opportunity to add other items to your cart on the Review step of registration. Click on the “Book another event” link to go back to our course listings and register for other programs prior to Checkout.

Refund Policy for programs:

Refund requests are accepted prior to program start dates and are charged an administration levy of 10% of program fee or $10 minimum. Refunds are not provided once the program starts unless accompanied by a medical note approved by the program supervisor or Manager designate. Front line teams will refer the request to the program supervisor for approval and will take no action within the event roster or client account.

In the event of insufficient registrations or emergencies, the AGP may have to cancel or substitute programs. A full refund or credit will be available.

Transfers:

Pending availability, transfer requests made prior to the start of the program date, will be accepted and approved at no charge.

City of Peterborough Release, Waiver and Indemnity:

The Participant (or parent or guardian if Participant is under the age of 18) voluntarily assumes any risk of injury or damage in connection with the use of services and facilities, and releases, discharges, and agrees to indemnify and save harmless the City of Peterborough and its employees, agents, and volunteers from any liability, claim, demand, or cost whatsoever incurred arising out of the participation of the Participant in the Program at the facility.
