About the artist:

Working in wood from his studio in Millbrook, John mixes live edge techniques in walnut and maple. His furniture is an investigation into an integrated composition, highlighting the interplay between wood types. He started his career as a graduate from the furniture program at Sheridan College in 1982 and has exhibited widely throughout his 45-year career.
