About the Artist:

Strong line and colour define the expressive paintings of Marilyn Goslin. Her landscape, still life, street scenes and figurative work are characterized by the texture and play on light of traditional impressionists. Goslin works predominantly in oil, but also paints in watercolour. From plein air studies to large studio paintings, she works on location throughout Northern Ontario as well as the urban scenes of busy cities.

Her 2010 show at the Art Gallery of Peterborough, titled Vantage Point, featured landscapes of rural Ontario and the urban scenes of London, England and Paris, France.
