Private: Tayler Morencie

Tayler Morencie is a visual artist and arts educator living and working in Peterborough, Ontario. Previously from Amherstburg, Ontario, Tayler completed her Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts & Art History/Visual Culture at the University of Windsor and went on to earn a Bachelor’s of Education. She has been teaching high school visual arts at one of Canada’s leading co-educational day & boarding schools for nine years. Tayler enjoys initiating creative projects that help encourage youth to explore the creative process and develop their artistic voices. Tayler’s personal artistic practice includes applications in a range of materials and processes; however, primarily drawing and painting. Tayler’s artwork explores concepts relating to memory, moments, relationships, and the beauty of our natural world.
