About the Artist:

Realist painter Mary Pratt received a BFA at Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick. Her work has been shown in group and solo exhibitions throughout her career, most recently in the touring exhibition Mary Pratt, organized by The Rooms Provincial Art Gallery, as well as the solo exhibition Mary Pratt: This Little Painting at the National Gallery of Canada. Her paintings are in numerous public and private collections including the National Gallery of Canada, Vancouver Art Gallery, The Robert McLaughlin Gallery, Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, University of Toronto and many others.
