Private: Ron Shuebrook

Ron Shuebrook was born in Fort Monroe, Virginia, USA in 1943. He currently lives and works in Toronto, Ontario. His paintings, drawings, prints and wall constructions have been acquired by more than 50 public galleries, museums and corporations, including the National Gallery of Canada, the Art Gallery of Ontario, Art Gallery of Hamilton, Macdonald Stewart Art Centre, Beaverbrook Art Gallery and the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia. He is the former President of the Ontario College of Art and Design, where he is now a Professor of painting and drawing and is President of the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts.
