Special Members’ Meeting

At our Annual General Meeting held in person at the Art Gallery of Peterborough on Thursday, June 22, 2023, we elected new members to the Board of Directors, presented the 2022 audited financial statements, and received reports from both the President and Director.

At that meeting, Catharine Blastorah, President of the Board at the time, moved to appoint the accounting firm, Baker Tilly KDN LLP, as the Art Gallery of Peterborough’s auditors for the fiscal year 2023. At the time of the AGM, this motion was deferred as the City of Peterborough was still in process of contract negotiations with auditors. Contract negotiations have now been finalized, and this motion may proceed for seconding and be put to a vote by the membership.

This meeting will be held remotely, via zoom on Wednesday, March 20^th, at 5:30 pm, adjourning no later than 6:00 pm.
