Private: Annual General Meeting

Join us for refreshments as we celebrate the accomplishments of 2023, our 50 years of operation, and take a sneak peek into the future!

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 6:00 pm to elect the Board of Directors for the next year.

Reports from the President, Treasurer, and Director, as well as the Gallery’s audited financial statements, will be presented. The Board of Directors gives notice that there will be a motion brought forward for ratification by the membership to restructure the AGP membership effective January 1, 2025.

This event is free to attend and open to the public, however only AGP Members in good standing will be eligible to vote.

Please complete the Proxy form above (Letter of Invitation and Proxy Form PDF 158 KB) and send to the AGP three days prior to the Annual General Meeting, no later than: Sunday, June 23, 2024.

Come for the AGM, stay for the opening reception! Following our Annual General Meeting, we’ll be hosting an opening reception for our summer exhibitions, including a group exhibition in the main gallery and our 2024 Youth Art Mentorship exhibition. The reception is open to the public and runs from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
