Youth Volunteer Program

We have exciting volunteer opportunities for youth (ages 14 – 17) to join our Youth Volunteer Team.

If you are looking to explore working in education and the arts, then become a Youth Volunteer! You’ll gain leadership experience in a creative and fun environment, make new friends and some art, too. It’s also a great way to fulfill your high school community service hours. Most importantly, you’ll be supporting the arts and arts education in our community.

We are currently offering opportunities to volunteer in the following areas:

  • Studio Assistants – Summer Art Camp

AGP Youth Volunteers will learn to work in a team and have an opportunity to support professional artists in a creative space, assisting with Children’s Art Programs.

The deadline to apply to volunteer with our Summer Art Camps is June 7, 2024

All of our youth volunteer opportunities count toward High School community service hours.

General Requirements:

In addition to submitting an application form, each prospective volunteer will be required to attend an interview as well as mandatory orientation and training with gallery staff prior to starting volunteer service. Any required training sessions are counted towards community service hours.

To apply to become a Youth Volunteer, we ask that you please fill out a Youth Volunteer Application
