Christianna Ferguson

For the past five years, Christianna Ferguson has focused primarily on felt making. Through the felt making process of laying out wool fibres and adding water, soap and friction, she is able to create  unique, functional and wearable pieces of art as well as sculptural and conceptual art pieces. Making textiles with these simple natural raw materials allow her to play with colour, texture, pattern and form in an infinite number of ways.

Christianna studied International Development and Women’s Studies at Trent University and Experiential Education at Queen’s University.
